Unfortunately Bar Struts is not an accessible space, but our staff will be happy to assist you, and we will do our best to make your visit as smooth as possible. Please find our accessibility information below.



Entrance:

  • There is a 15cm tall step at the entrance. The entrance is on a slope.

  • The front door is 81cm wide, with a 1,5cm threshold, and leads directly onto another door of the same size and another 1,5cm threshold.

Interior:

  • The bar is very small, and gets cramped during peak hours.

  • The toilet facilities are located at the back of the bar. Before the toilet door there is a tight turn to a 70cm wide corridor where the sanitary facilities are located.

  • The toilet door is 63cm wide and there is a 1cm high threshold

  • The toilet is also cramped. The space is 117cm wide and 102cm deep in total.

Accessible toilet nearby:

  • We are collaborating with our neighbour Bar 10 to provide our customers access to their accessible toilet. Bar 10 is located just up the street at Fleminginkatu 10.

Summer terrace:

  • During the summer season (from 23.4.->) Bar Struts has a terrace on the pavement. The small terrace next to the window is accessible, and we are in the process of negotiating with the city of Helsinki for a permanent access ramp to the main terrace.

Valitettavasti Bar Struts ei ole esteetön tila, mutta henkilökuntamme auttaa sinua mielellään ja teemme parhaamme, jotta vierailusi olisi mahdollisimman sujuva. Löydät esteettömyystietomme alta.



Sisäänkäynti:

  • Sisäänkäynnillä on 15 cm korkea askelma. Sisäänkäynti on rinteessä.

  • Etuovi on 81 cm leveä, ja siinä on 1,5 cm:n kynnys, ja se johtaa suoraan toiselle samankokoiselle ovelle, jossa on myös 1,5 cm:n kynnys.

Sisätilat:

  • Baari on hyvin pieni, ja ruuhka-aikoina siellä on ahdasta. 

  • WC-tilat sijaitsevat baarin takaosassa. Ennen WC:n ovea on tiukka käännös 70 cm leveälle käytävälle, jossa saniteettitilat sijaitsevat.

  • WC:n ovi on 63 cm leveä ja siinä on 1 cm korkea kynnys

  • WC on myös ahdas. Tila on yhteensä 117cm leveä ja 102cm syvä.

Esteetön WC lähellä:

  • Asiakkaamme saavat käyttää naapuribaari Bar 10:n esteettömiä WC-tiloja. Bar 10 sijaitsee aivan kadun varrella osoitteessa Fleminginkatu 10. 

Kesäterassi:

  • Kesäkaudella (23.4. alkaen) Bar Strutsilla on terassi jalkakäytävällä. Ikkunan vieressä oleva pieni terassi on esteetön, ja neuvottelemme parhaillaan Helsingin kaupungin kanssa pysyvästä kulkuluiskasta pääterassille.
